PATCH TEST INSTRUCTIONS

1. Apply your mixture, or a dime-sized amount of product, to a clean patch
of skin, typically the inside of your forearm.

2. If within a 24-hour period or less, you experience reaction such as
redness, hives, or other signs of irritation, wash the area and discontinue use
and consult a physician.

TREASURED SOAPS AND CANDLES is not responsible for packages
that are damaged after it leaves our facility. If you selected USPS Priority Mail, contact the delivery company ASAP to report the damage and then contact us with photos capturing the damage. We can assist with filing a claim on the customers behalf.

Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.

TREASURED SOAPS AND CANDLES is not responsible for lost packages after it leaves our facility. When you make a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy. We recommend that you track your shipment in order to keep a close eye. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more common and is not the responsibility of Treasured Soaps and Candles. If you believe that your package is missing, please contact the delivery company ASAP, they are the best resource to locate your missing package.

Priority Mail Selected Services: When you select this shipping service and the post office declares the package lost, please contact us, we can assist with filing a claim on the customers behalf.

If you select flat rate shipping option and have multiple orders processing please contact us. We will do our best to combine orders if able to do so.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping upon your email request. There will be a 2.9% + .30 cents transaction fee added to each canceled order. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel the order and all sales are final. When you make a purchase, you agree to the terms of this this policy.
